Bois Chamois’s founder and president opened the company in 2002, but has been in the hardwood floor industry since 1980.

Purchase terms

To place an order we require a 50% non-refundable deposit and the balance due before shipping the order to the delivery address. We only accept checks and wire transfers as a form of payment.

Bois Chamois’s lead time

All orders are custom made at our mills in Europe. Our lead time is between 10 to 16 weeks to produce and ship from Europe. The quantity and grading will influence the lead time, but the standard lead time is 10-12 weeks. It takes 6 to 8 weeks to produce the order, and then approximately 3 to 4 weeks to ship from Europe via container, it will then arrive at the port of Miami, clear customs, and final delivery to our warehouse in FL. Lead times are subject to change due to shipping delays or customs. Once the flooring is in our warehouse, shipping arrangements will be initiated only when payment for the final balance due is received.
